Today, the company is present across 4 locations in Thrissur in India and has created a land bank in prominent locations in the District. These lands will be developed into integrated townships with international facilities. In all, the company is visioneering projects worth approximately Rs. 100 crores which will be completed over the next 3 years. 
In its endeavor to provide a world-class living, working and shopping environment to maximum people, Goshenland has planned several new residential and commercial projects in the near future in various towns in Thrissur District.  Thrichur, Guruvayur, Kodungallore Chalakudy are some of the towns where the company eying for new projects.
